Documentare in maniera adeguata il codice in pcb.c: spunti a tal fine sono gia` presenti nella libreria in pcb.e o nella documentazione ufficiale, ma mi sembrano eccessivamente prolissi e/o banali.
Al termine la pcb.e andra` sostanzialmente ripulita.
