Coordination platforms NEXUS DIALOGUE PLATFORM AND NEXUS KNOWLEDGE HUB
We (JRC) would like to launch ASAP the call for tender for the development/incorporation of the Dialogue Space and Knowledge Hub in the MAGIC website. We are currently finalizing the technical specifications for the website and would like to ask, once again, if you have any additional requirements that were not included in the initial proposal.

I've inquired the man in charge of web hosting/housing at UniNA and collected some questions to be addressed before we could have a proposal of the actual cost we would incur. Specifically we are asked to detail:
- the full specification of the technical requirements (2nd level address, CPU and RAM, estimated storage needs-- which is a critical requirement; bandwidth seems a minor concern);
- the need for a technician to take care of maintenance and if we need also assistance for installation/administration;
- the duration of the period the website is expected to work and be attended (we should pay a one shot fee for the whole, say ten years).
Besides we should identify an internal person who will be considered the legal responsible of the contents, although the website could be administered by an external webmaster.
